This dealership is very misleading. Took my car in for AC repair and was told it would be $950 to repair. They then called the next day after repairing the AC and said to get it working it would be $5,200.00 because an actuator door is broken.

One of the top 5 General Motors worst dealers I have dealt with. Had an appointment, but was told it didn't matter, it is first come, first serve. So, why have the option of making an appointment online? This has been the second time this has happened, don't know why I gave the dealer a second chance, shame on me. I figured nothing would change, extremely poor management, from the Top Down.

Passing through Lake City on vacation staying in a hotel around the corner, we needed our first oil change on our 2026 Suburban, very convenient that Roundtree was so close and could take us in for a 9 AM service. I found that the staff and service adviser were very friendly and I was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours.

My family and myself were 14 hour from home and our truck was broke down. Greg in service got us right in to repair and took care of the extended warranty. They also had us a ride to a motel room for the night. We had stopped at another dealership and it was going to be two or three days before they would even look at our truck. Truck is fixed and we are on the the road as fast as possible as promised.

Great to deal with they make you feel like family. They went above and beyond to help us out. I had a couple of issues with a truck i bought a week or so earlier. They offered to get me out and swap it for another new one and delivered it to my house over an hour away. Its hard to beat service like that. Both finance guys were great to deal with also. We will go back for sure next time we buy a Chevy.
