So, why have the option of making an appointment online? This has been the second time this has happened, don't know why I gave the dealer a second chance, shame on me. I figured nothing would change, extremely poor management, from the Top Down.

Kacey was excellent. We called first and spoke with a female that was not interested in helping us until the next day. We called back and spoke with Kacey. He was happy to stay late and understood we are part of the working class and didn't have the flexibility to come during common business hours. There was no pressure. He let the car sell itself and never once indicated we were a bother for keeping him at the office until 10pm.

They also had us a ride to a motel room for the night. We had stopped at another dealership and it was going to be two or three days before they would even look at our truck. Truck is fixed and we are on the the road as fast as possible as promised.
